k9999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. General Provisions

k9999 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the k9999 website, mobile version, and all related services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. From the moment you register as a user, you accept all provisions of this agreement. If any provision is found to be unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with k9999 and use its services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above.
• You must provide your real identity and accurate information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts will be considered a breach of these Terms.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited by law.
• The email address and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and active.

k9999 may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card) at any time. k9999 reserves the right to limit or suspend transactions until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

The security of your k9999 account is your own responsibility. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
• Managing your account through a third party or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
• Log out of your account after using a public or shared device.
• k9999 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

k9999 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access or user negligence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on k9999 must be made through approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

The following rules must be followed for deposits and withdrawals:

• You must use a payment method that matches the mobile number or identity registered to your account.
• Third-party payment accounts or methods registered in someone else's name may not be used.
• A withdrawal request can be cancelled before the verification process is complete. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
• A withdrawal request may be submitted while an active bonus wagering requirement is still in progress, but winnings derived from the bonus will not be withdrawable until the requirement is met.
• k9999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions, which may temporarily delay processing.

Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Each payment method may have its own transaction limits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

k9999 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• A deposit of ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or using any other fraudulent method will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.

6. Gaming Rules

Each game category on k9999 has its own detailed rules. The general rules are as follows:

• The outcome of each bet is determined by the server of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, etc.).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, k9999 will make a decision based on the circumstances. If no result has been recorded on the game server, the stake for that bet may be refunded.
• For sports betting, results are verified from official sources.
• In the case of any abnormal winnings resulting from a software or system error, k9999 may void that transaction.
• If you have a complaint about a game result, please refer to the Dispute Resolution section below for how to raise a complaint.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on k9999 and will be treated as a punishable offence:

• Money laundering: Using a k9999 account for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud & manipulation: Using software, bots, automation, or any other technique to influence game outcomes.
• Multiple accounts: A single person operating more than one account and abusing bonus benefits.
• Providing access to minors: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your account.
• Providing false information: Submitting false or altered documents during identity verification or transaction processing.
• Exploiting system errors: Attempting to gain abnormal profit by taking advantage of any technical error or calculation mistake.
• Harassment: Threatening, insulting, or harassing other players or k9999 staff.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

k9999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of the Terms is violated.
• If the user does not cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity is found.
• If it becomes impossible to provide the service in a specific region due to changes in applicable laws or regulations.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time via live chat or email. If there is a valid balance, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed, unless closure is due to fraud.

12. Dispute Resolution & Contact

If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with anything, please contact the k9999 support team. We try to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion between both parties. If resolution through discussion is not possible, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
